Documents required for Clearance of Consignment

• Commercial Invoice and Packing list’
• Airway Bill / Bill of Lading
• Custom Declarations
• Authority Letter
• KYC issued by the client having IEC
• Literature / Catalogue of the item under clearance (If asked by customs)
• Original copy of Certificate or License in case of any kind of Custom duty exemption is claimed
• In case of Import of Second hand equipment, Chartered Engineer’s certificate is a must at the time of clearance & assessment will be done on the depreciated value instead of Invoice value.
